Delivery Information

We offer delivery to surrounding areas with free delivery on local orders over £350. Delivery charges apply for smaller orders and are calculated at checkout.

Most orders are dispatched within 3-7 working days. However, speciality or ordered-in items may take longer.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

We aim to use Wern-Wood vehicles for deliveries, but some may be shipped via couriers or haulage services.

Our service is kerbside-only delivery, meaning drivers will deliver as close to your property as access allows but cannot enter private residences.

Important Delivery Information

Deliveries are made on large vehicles. Please inform us of any restricted access at the delivery location.

If mechanical off-loading is required, additional charges may apply.

The driver will take a photograph of delivered goods as proof of receipt.

Please ensure the provided phone number is correct and available to prevent failed deliveries.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order for free from our branch.

Select the “Collect from Branch” option at checkout.

You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email followed by a “Ready to Collect” email within 24-48 hours.

Bring your order confirmation and payment card when collecting.

Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your “Ready to Collect” email. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss your order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Exchanges may be considered in certain circumstances at our discretion, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Bagged powders cannot be returned due to storage condition uncertainties.

A 20% restocking fee applies to returned flooring packs (if unopened).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Items should be returned via an insured, traceable service. Wern-Wood is not responsible for damage in transit.
